Yes, the billing address and shipping address can be different.
If you need to cancel your order, you should Contact Us before the particular order dispatched.
If the particular order was already shipped before receiving your email, it is not possible to cancel the order anymore.

Delivery address cannot be changed / modified once order’s transaction has been approved.

No! We do not have Cash on Delivery Option to place order.

You will be notified via email and/or SMS within 24 hours upon completion of order confirmation.
Please be aware of your Bank reconciliation schedule as this might have impact on your payment (payment cannot be performed during bank reconciliation time).
Bank reconciliation time only affect payment method via Online Banking and will happen at around 11.30 p.m. to 1.30 a.m. depending on your bank.
For local (Malaysia) orders, we accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, charge cards, e-banking, e-wallets and cash (paid at any 7-Eleven or Petronas outlets).

Ammani Malaysia accepts all Visa and MasterCard, both Credit and Debit, and is 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard Secure) enabled. All your credit card information is protected by means of industry – leading encryption standards.

Delivery
You can check the status of your orders by logging into your account and clicking on “My Orders”.
Our delivery times are based on the number of working days (Monday – Friday) you should expect to receive your delivery by. If your order has been shipped out and it has not arrived in the estimated delivery time as stated below, please contact us at live chat.
Our estimated delivery time is 7-12 working days from receipt of payment.
We are using Poslaju & Skynet as our primary delivery service.
Nevertheless from time to time we might engage any other reputable courier service providers in Malaysia that suite our shipping and delivery requirements.

Ammani Coins
Ammani Coins can be earned in 2 major ways as below:
1. Rewarded through completed orders
2. Rewarded through marketing activities
Rewarded through completed orders
All buyers are entitled to earn 1 coins for every RM1 whenever you purchase selected items from Ammani website (www.ammani.com.my).
The amount of Coins you earn from a particular order will be calculated based on the order’s final purchase price, minus all discounts and shipping fees.
You will only receive your Ammani Coins after your order is completed – that is, after your order status marked “Completed”.
Ammani Coins will expire at the end of the 3rd month after they are credited to you (e.g. Coins earned anytime in June will expire on the 30th of September). You may check your Coin Balance and expiry date under your My Account page > Ammani Coins.
Rewarded through marketing activities
All users can also earn coins through participating in Marketing Campaigns including but not limited to like Refer a Friend campaign etc.

You can use your Coins to offset up to a max of 25% of the cash payable of your next order. There is no minimum amount of Ammani Coins required before you can start spending your Coins. 100 Ammani Coins will entitle you to RM1 discount off any order from Ammani website (www.ammani.com.my).
Once the order is placed, the Ammani Coins used will be deducted immediately from your account.
There is no minimum number of Ammani Coins you need to accumulate before you can use the Coins to offset the price of your future orders. You can use Ammani Coins to offset up to a maximum of 25% of your purchase amount for each transaction.
Coins you earn per order depends on maximum coins allowed for various products. You can view coins earned for each product at the relevant product page. There will be no limit imposed for Coins earned via the Refer a Friend page.
Ammani Coins earned from your purchases will only be credited to your account after your order is completed – that is, after your order status change to “Completed”.
To check your order details, go to your My Account page > Orders. You will receive these Ammani Coins once your order status has shifted to Completed.
Ammani Coins are our official virtual currency that is created to reward our users with more savings in their next order or use the earned coins to redeem for vouchers to be used in their orders as well.
Ammani Coins cannot be exchanged for cash and will expire at the end of the third month you received the coins. This means that if you received your coins on 1st January, the coins will expire on 30th March.

Ammani Coins will expire at the end of the 3rd month after they are credited to you (e.g. Coins earned anytime in 1st June will expire on the 30th of August).

1. The order has been returned / refunded or cancelled.
2. System has detected orders that may have violated our Terms and Conditions.

If an order involves the redemption of Ammani Coins, in the case of order cancellation / refund, the Ammani Coins will be refunded to the user’s account as well.
In the case of a partial return or refund, the amount of Ammani Coins returned to you will be prorated based on the price of the entire order.
